Are arrest warrants for noshow going to be issued for all of them? How does the system handle this?<br /><br />To the simple maybe pretty sure possibly thing about showing up the following day (which is not also closed) how are defendants to know this? The county and office weren't giving any information about whether the courts were closed, and your blog was the most reliable source of information for brand new ADAs like me who were just trying to figure out what we were supposed to be doing.
