Question-Mr. Flood says "Do not blow". But
on weekends it is no refusal. So if you don't
blow you get a mandatory blood draw. My
understanding is that it is much more difficult
to attack blood than the breath machine. Sounds
like really bad advice to me.
Well, to be fair, that was Tyler's advice and catch-phrase back before the mandatory blood draws. Now, it is in flux. The idea of a website called www.donotblowduringtheweekbutmaybeconsideritontheweekendsinHarrisCounty.com isn't quite as catchy.
