I think you should apologize for that racist remark.

Sigh.

Sigh at your crazy ass buddies. They're the ones going apeshit at a couple of little jokes.

Rage Judicata,is racism really that much of a joke to you?
Your legal ignorance is one thing but your racial insensitivity is offensive.
You and Judge Pat are probably one and the same.

Rage Judicata said...

Humorless turds, I tell you.

Murray, you have to be grateful that you don't work with these simpletons anymore.

Racist Simpleton formerly known as Rage Judicata,
It's time for you to either get a new ad in TV Guide or call daddy for some money again. Business must be really slow---or maybe your potential client base is wising up?
Who the fuck knows--you're a loser either way.

Racist,

Joking about racism is not funny nor cute, just FYI. What is more is disheartening is the fact that you have thrown the proverbial racist stone before. He who lives in a glass house..... You are a scum bag.

So Rage Judicata thinks that anyone who is offended by racist jokes is a simpleton and a humorless turd?
He better never condemn Rosenthal again.

What the hell are we talking about?

anon4:46,
Rage Judicata has the propensity to nit pick every possible misstep by any ADA, real or imagined, and then put his defining interpretation on the act or statement and pander it as gospel. However, when the same is meted back on him for a similar transgression the rules change. Kinda like his mentor, Bitch Lykos.
And there you fucking have it.

Rage's significance has been snuffed. Time to transfer your irrelevance to Bennet's B list blog, Rageboy....

Thanks for the info. I'll be sure to inform Chris Rock and Dave Chappelle that they should give back the millions of dollars they've made from it.

Rage's significance has been snuffed.

You sure about that? Maybe I'll believe that when 75% of the posts in a thread aren't directed at rebutting what I say, in the form of complete nonsense and name calling.

Class acts.

Chris Rock is funny and your not. Racist can't determine who is funny and who is a racist and get away with it.

Who appointed Racist the Racist czar. It is not okay for ada's or rosenthal but it is okay for Racist.

We are not responding to your nonsense we are pointing out how fucking pathetic your logic is as well as the hypocrisy you pathetic fuck.

Um... What just happened?

Murray Newman said...

What just happened was that I have now clearly illustrated the point that I can't even say freaking "good morning" without everybody going ape shit.

It's a sad testament, and I don't care who started it or who egged it on.

New rules kids -- I don't care if you insult each other's positions or arguments, but I'm going to tighten things up a bit with just the freaking blatant name calling.

I mean, hell, my first ex-wife was friendlier than y'all! My elderly mother (just kidding, Mom) reads this thing.

Time to tone down it down just a notch.

I egged this one on, sure, but glad to hear the name calling is going to be toned down.

The whole point of this expressed frustration is that there are two (2) standards of judgment when it comes to allegations of racism.
The self appointed Race Czars like Quanell 10 and Rage Judicata have carte blanche for their behavior. Whatever racial innuendos or blatant slurs they throw out there; it's okay because they are the enlightened ones. However, when the shoe is on the ADA's foot, any conceivable racial joke or innuendo an ADA makes or implies shall be grounds for crucifixion.
Now before some crack head philosopher throws out how innocent defendant's lives are in the balance exclusively for ADA's.....shut the f*ck up and sequester a couple of cerebral neurons before you make an ass of yourself like Rage insists on doing.

Well put Outraged and good morning to all.

This isn't about who started it but more about people using the "racist card" when it benefits them knowing the person they are calling a racist is not one. Rage regularly uses it as a tool to further his agenda when it is convenient.

Name calling isn't appropriate but I have enjoyed watching the commenters illustrate how hypocritical rage is.

Watching rage flounder reminds me of a fish who ate the bait and the hook went straight through his gil. Rage is not getting off this hook no matter how much he wiggles.

Easy, but nice catch, it made for a good read.

Argument is fun when both have something to say. Wake me up when the conversation turn intelligent.

Thanks OUTRAGED, you're right.

I am enlightened.

Hey Rage, how about hoisting a few beers this weekend. I'm buying. When and where would you like to meet up?

Anonymous said...

Who knew that a simple greeting would have descended into something akin to six year-old boys on the playground in elementary school?? All of you are professionals, with JD's?? Wow!! I'm impressed.

anon 4:49,
What witty repartee! You must be kin to Judge Patsy or Ms. Judicata.

Anon 4:58 sometimes just a good old country ass whoopin is in order.
