Our guest will be defense attorney and former-prosecutor Mike Hinton, who is going to share with us his memories of prosecuting Ronald Clark O'Bryan -- the famous murderer from Houston who "ruined Halloween" back in the early 1970s.

Looks like Kelley has started her campaigning:

Now--where are all those ADA's who keep telling me this kind of thing never happens?

Insipid politicians and those with a victim mentality don't appreciate that prosecutors with integrity do the right thing BECAUSE it is the right thing to do; NOT because it is the POLITICALLY CORRECT thing to do.

So even though dismissing a death row inmate's case might appear to be politically correct to some; what is most important is that JUSTICE ultimately was served by the dismissal.

How the Graves case was handled goes to show that Kelly Siegler truly is a "Win at All Costs Prosecutor"; provided you appreciate that when it comes to criminal prosecution, winning and justice are one and the same for her.

Although Rage's deductive reasoning skills are marginal at best; I do hope Kelly considers stepping back into the political arena.
