I continue my two-timing blogging with a new post on the Chronicle website about Facebook and the 5th Amendment.  You can check it out by clicking here.

You are a bit late to warn a certain former member of Congress.

I know. If only I had posted earlier. I feel so responsible.

It's good to see Rage can be a blithering doofus on the Chron blog as well. He clearly did not read or understand anything you wrote in that post. Sheesh.

You know, as much as Rage goes after me for always attacking Lykos, he seems to attack prosecutors in general on a much more steady basis. I have a vision of his Christmas cards saying "We wish you a Merry Christmas, unless you are a prosecutor, in which case you suck."

He's relentless!

Our privacy is so infringed upon already by the government, corporate enterprises, cell phones and the media to name but a few sources.......why would anyone voluntarily put out even more intimate and often damning personal information for the world to see?

Discretion over vanity supports the wisdom of your elder partner.

Why would I send a Christmas card to a prosecutor?

You forgot to mention that if you're a sex offender on Community Supervision, you probably shouldn't have a FB page at all! There's a sex offender officer in a neighboring county that has "Just get on FB to look for sex offenders" on her FB page.
