Only Two Days Left

Please remember that Early Voting ends at 7 p.m. on Friday, so you only have two more days left.

If you haven't voted by the end of Friday, you will have to vote at your normal voting location.  Right now, you are eligible to vote at any of them.

Please call your family and friends and make sure that they've gotten out and voted!

I just read Kuffner's blog on the new KUHF/KHOU poll. It's not surprising that it shows Adrian Garcia running away with the race for sheriff but I was surprised that it showed Anderson only polling 41% to Lloyd's 35% with a whopping 19% claiming undecided. With numbers like that, either of them has a pretty good shot at winning.

I heard that poll on the news last night. Did anyone who reads this blog get polled? Surely Anderson has more then 41%!

Your all in the 5 percent margin of error.

Poll was done in conjunction with KUHF TV. Consider the target audience

your = possessive pronoun--example: "your house"
you're = contraction for "you are"--example: "you're here"

Both races will mostly be decided by straight party voting. However, I have had good luck getting some Democrats, especially women, to crossover vote for Mike by explaining how bad his opponent is concerning prosecution of domestic abuse.

With Gutherie being stupid and taking the titty bar money it could have a whiplash effect on Anderson.

Because Lloyd is truly a Republican, the results of this one race can't be thoguht of in a R v. D kind of way.

A better example of true cross-over voters would be women who do want to have a baby when they want one through methods such as IVF (illegal if Ryan's legislation gets passed by Republicans) but don't want to be forced to have a baby f they get raped (which they will have to do if Romney/Ryan get their way).

Ain't that something? If Romney is elected:

If you want to have a baby but have to rely on IVF, you can't. If you don't want a rape baby, you have to have it anyway.

Question of the day : will Rachel Palmer's much anticipated benefactor, Talton lose to Ryan because of titty bar money'?
