Had to miss it; how can I catch a rerun?
Just saw the CC agenda. Leitner jumped to HCSO as a consultant to the tune of 138K.
I guess he will fill them in on the wink and nod nuances of not turning over Brady material which the (DA won't inquire about or subpoena) and destroying it in regularly scheduled data erasures if video and audio records are not requested in thirty days...often before a defendant has hired an attorney to request the preservation of evidence. With Mr. Leitners help the HCSO should raise their conviction percentages.
