I agree that Siegler should not have to answer for Rosenthal's sins....
But, how come the DA's office is still following Rosenthal's policies?
example: 10, 30, 90 for prostitution?

You can't get a policy change unless you ask for a policy change. Right now, you've got a new boss in town with Mr. Magidson, and he's expressed a great willingness to discuss all issues with everyone involved. I bet if you talked to him, he'd listen to you.
