Congratulations to Paula Goodhart, who was informed yesterday that she will be sworn in on March 23rd as the Judge of County Court at Law # 1 of Harris County -- replacing retiring Judge Reagan Helm.
There will be a Swearing In ceremony at 2:00 p.m. in Court # 1 of the CJC.
