Reception for Don Smyth

Today there will be a reception honoring Don Smyth as he retires from the Harris County District Attorney's Office.

It will be held from 1:30 to 3:30 on the 7th floor of the CJC.

Come wish Don well in his future career, and thank him for the 33 years of public service that he has given Harris County.

And where are all the people crying that he wasn't given the proper send off? Now he's had two! Guess Lokos is shoing some respect after all.

I went to Don's reception and it was quite nice. He really deserved the recognition.

PS: Rachel Palmer was a No-Show.

Rachel was meeting with Gov. Goodhair about getting next judicial appointment.Supporters making contributions to make it happen.
