The fact that the article starts with a caraciture of Lloyd, and doesn't get any better from there for him, says it all. And did we really need to know where he keeps his condoms?

It actually makes me a little sad. Certainly reinforces my vote for Anderson, but sad nonetheless.

The article failed to provide the HCAD appraised value for the modestly described residence. About $450k.

Let it be noted in the history books of Texas that the only DA office candidate to ever have a picture of his toilet published was indeed........Lloyd Oliver

$373K. Most of the value is in the land and he regularly protests the taxable value. It looks like the house was foreclosed on in 1988 and Lloyd Oliver bought it back. He has more assets than he shows. He had the place remodeled shortly after he got the title put back in his name.

The article is almost an apology (literary term, look it up) in favor of Oliver. It shows him for what he is, and does a good job of it, but that makes him more human than anything else I've read.

I'm not sure I want to know what a butt plug is, but I believe in the container between the scrubbing bubbles and the air freshner are someone's false teeth. Why does he have a purple rubber duckie? So many more questions....

1. If it is a butt plug, it also appears metallic, shiny, and easy to clean. Props to Lloyd on a couple of levels.

2. I'm curious about the bumper sticker on the toilet tank, which appears to favor a court candidate whose name ends with the letter N. Nah, it couldn't possibly be an old Mike Anderson bumper sticker . . . could it?
