One Minor Change

Due to the recent activities of one poster who seems to be enjoying hijacking posters' names, I have (under Mark Bennett's suggestion) changed it to only accepting Registered User's comments. If you want to post, it takes just a second to register an ID, and then nobody else can post under your name.

FYI-I have a real good idea at who the personality-crisis conflicted individual was that was posting under your pseudonyms, and quite frankly, I thought HE was a little old to be doing something like that. However, I'm not 100% sure, so I'm not stating it.

Look on the bright side, some of the names on here are the most entertaining on this blog.

Excellent idea, AHCL! :)

Some people really just have too much time on their hands.

AHCL

Did you see the blurb in the Chron about money raised for the DA's race.

If people support Leitner they sure aren't coughing up any $$$.

Just testing for now.

I can understand why you did this, but it may be a double-edged sword. One nice thing has been that people can say what they REALLY think and feel. Good or bad - it is helpful to get things out on the table.

Your blog is like a cyber crisis counseling center...if the posts become less frequent or honest, maybe you'll reconsider?

That's also a really good point, DA Worker. It HAS been awfully quiet around here since the change. I understand your predicament, AHCL. It's a tough one.

I suggest letting people know how to register. It doesn't take very long, but it does take some effort.

I'm going to take off the reqirement that you be registered to post, although I highly recommend that you do so. Its more fun to know that you are talking to the same person.

I'm still going to moderate the comments to keep out the National Enquirer styled folks, as well as Clint Greenwood (uh, I mean BubbaJoe6Pack). I'm still really disappointed in him for his childish antics. It really doesn't reflect well on Jim.
