Concert Review

Although I'm not quite as high-brow as my friend, Mark Bennett and the League of Extraordinary Gentleman, I thought that I would try to make my blog a little more cultured by adding an Arts Section.

I begin by reviewing last night's concert by Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band at Toyota Center.

It was freaking awesome. Seeing Bruce Springsteen, Steven Van Zandt, Clarence Clemmons and company may just be the coolest damn concert I've ever been to. My ears are still ringing, and it was just incredible.

There.

You have now had your daily dose of culture.

Sounds like it was a rockin' show!

I'm so jealous!

I know, I'm jealous too.

I haven't seen the Boss since I was in law school. (Which was long ago and far far away.)

Your coolness factor just went up a notch!

Talk about a great way to decompress and stress relief, right?

The best show I've seen was in Austin in '03 - played 5 hrs and then crossed paths at Katz's until 3am. Was also on a Monday night (ugh!)

Now that I have paid my taxes (damn I hate them), its time to send a little something via paypal to Mack's trust and thank God we are, were, government lawyers with health insurance and a pension. Thanks to everyone who can and does help out an old friend in need.
